February 14, 2011 - Chimney Fire
98 Fire responds to a call of a chimney fire with flames showing. Upon arriving no flames were showing. The chimney was inspected to make sure the fire was completely extinguished.

January 28-29, 2012 - Structure Fire
98 Fire responds to a late night call of a working structure fire on New Village Rd. Upon arriving they find the house fully engulfed. Many area fire companies responded with mutual aid and tankers
December 29, 2011 - Lutheran Cross
98 Fire assists the Lutheran Church and A & J Construction in tightening up the cross on the church.

98 Fire responds to a call of a chimney fire. Upon arriving at the scene they find a smoking chimney with evidence of a burn near the top grate

December 3, 2011 - Smell of Electric
98 Fire responds to a call of smell of electric burning. Upon arriving homeowner reports smell in laundry room. Dryer had high usage earlier in the day

98 Fire responds to a call of mutual aid to Lopatcong for a gas leak with smoke.

October 30, 2011 - Pole Fire
98 Fire respond to a call of a pole fire on SR 173 near Muller Chevy. Upon arriving they find a nearby pole arcing and on fire. JCPL was notified but in storm mode. Eventually the wire broke off and power went out to nearby traffic lights.

Members of the Stewartsville Vol. Fire company visit the Greenwich Elementary School to recognize Fire Prevention Week 2011

October 11, 2011 - Fire Prevention Open House 2011
98 Fire kicks off Fire Prevention week with its annual open house.
September 11, 2011 - 9/11 Memorials
Members of the Stewartsville Fire company participate in a couple of 9-11 memorials in the area on the 10th anniversary. The first is the dedication of the new 9-11 memorial at the rescue squad. Additional photos from that event

Some members also participated in the Warren County Patriot Day ceremony. The county has a new memorial under construction. Photos from that event

98 Fire respond to a call of a smoke alarm in a kitchen. Arriving on scene they found it was a baking mishap.
September 8, 2011 - Pump Detail
98 Fire reponds to multiple calls of flooded basements in the township. This is a result of nearly 8" of rain from the remnants of tropical storm Lee, which is more than we received from Hurricane Irene (6.72")
August 10, 2011 - Structure Fire
The Stewartsville Volunteer Fire company along with several other local fire departments responded to a structure fire in a single family home in the township. Fighting the fire was hampered by several oxygen tanks that exploded.
August 2, 2011 - Demo Derby Standby
98 Fire provided standy by fire coverage services for the demolition derby at the warren county fair on Tuesday evening. 98 Fire positioned themselves to watch over the pit area in case any vehicles needed the attention of the fire department.
August 2, 2011 - National Night Out
98 Fire along with other emergency services in the township joined together to participate in National Night Out 2011 at the Greenwich Elementary School. The Aqua slide was a big hit along with the dunk tank. 98 Fire provided water for both along with educational information for residents.
August 2, 2011 - Nicos Polymers Industrial Fire Mutual Aide
98 Fire along with several other Warren County fire departments join the over 50 departments that joined together to battle the industrial fire at Nicos Polymers in Plainfield Twp, PA. 98 Fire sent their tanker truck along with two firefighters to operate it.
July 19, 2011 - Structure Fire
98 Fire responds to a call of a structure fire in a multi dwelling address. Upon arriving they found the upstairs of the older home filled with heavy smoke and a small fire in one of the bedrooms. The fire was knocked down quickly. No reported injuries.
June 17, 2011 - MVA
98 Fire responds to a call for MVA with PI unknown. Upon arriving they find fluids leaking and airbag deployment in both cars

June 5, 2011 - Mutual Aid Pohatcong Twp.
98 Fire responds to a call of mutual aide for one engine and tanker for a structure fire in Pohatcong Twp. on Warren-Glenn Bloomsbury Rd. Upon arriving on the scene they find a fully involved fire in the house.
May 31, 2011 - MVA
98 Fire responds to an MVA with air bag deployment on the intersection of Exit 3 Rt 78W exit ramp and 173. No PI.

The Stewartsville Volunteer Fire Company hosts the 2011 Memorial Day Parade.
May 29, 2011 - Structure Fire
Stewartsville Volunteer Fire Company respond to a call for a structure fire. Upon arriving they find the fire is already out. Emergency radio reports that a candle and table cloth were involved.
April 20, 2011 - MVA Fluid Leak
98 Fire responds to a MVA with fluid leak on Greenwich Street just before Route 22.
March 30, 2011 - Spoilers Chimney
98 Fire respond to Spoilers for a report of embers coming out of the chimney after the furnace being off for 30 minutes
March 12, 2011 - Hot Tub Fire
98 Fire responds to a call for a hot tub fire. Upon arriving they found the homeowner extinguished most of the fire. Members of the Stewartsville Volunteer Fire company check for any remaining hot spots and proceed to investigate the fire.
February 26, 2011 - MVA w PI
98 Fire responds to a call for MVA with PI and air bag deployment. Upon arriving members of the Stewartsville Volunteer Fire Company de-energize the vehicles and assist with traffic
February 26, 2011 - Smoke
98 Fire respond to the Lutheran church in town on a report of thick yellow smoke coming from chimney.
